I ordered from Pothys and, to be fair, the package arrived on time, so no complaints there. Most of the order was exactly what I picked, and the sizes were correct too, which I always worry about when ordering clothes online. The only issue was that one item came in a color that was slightly different from what I had selected. It wasn’t completely wrong or unusable, just not quite the shade I was expecting based on my order. So overall, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, but I do think they should double-check the colors and details a bit more carefully before shipping things out

"Pretty normal checkout experience overall"
I placed my order and everything seemed fine for the most part. The site was easy enough to use, and I didn’t run into any major issues while checking out. I did end up waiting longer than I expected for the confirmation to come through, though. The payment did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked.

"The fabric felt really genuine to me"
I ordered a saree from pothys.com, i felt the fabric was exactly like they described. It was soft, had a proper weave, and didn’t feel cheap at all. I was a bit worried about buying a saree online, but for me, this turned out to be a good purchase.

"Easy Saree Shopping Experience"
I had a smooth experience shopping on pothys.com. It was easy to browse through the sarees, and the filters helped me find what I was looking for without much trouble. The pages loaded fine overall, and checkout was simple to understand too. I’m thankful for how convenient the whole process was. The only small issue was that a few product images took a little time to open, so I’d give it 4 stars.

"Really happy with my saree"
I ordered a saree from pothys i’m really happy with it. The fabric feels nice, the color looks just like it did in the pictures, and the stitching and finishing are neat with no loose threads. I was a bit nervous about ordering a saree online, but it turned out better than I expected. My only regret is that I didn’t order it sooner. I’ll definitely buy again.

"Good size availability whenever I check"
I’ve ordered from pothys.com a few times now, the thing I notice first is whether the colors and sizes I want are actually in stock. I don’t usually browse everything in detail, but the options I specifically looked for were available most of the time. Even with festival sarees, I didn’t keep running into “out of stock” again and again like on some other sites. It made the whole shopping process feel a lot easier...

The products were nice overall, but some of the info on the pages felt a bit unclear. I had to check a couple of times before ordering because the size, fabric, and color details weren’t explained that well. it feels unnecessary to make customers guess or double-check basic things like that. The experience was okay, but they should definitely add proper details to make shopping easier.

"Surprisingly Easy Exchange"

"Decent Order, Tracking Could Be Better"
I ordered from Pothys the product reached me in good condition, so I was happy about that. But the tracking was kind of confusing because it kept showing the same status for a few days, and I had to keep checking again and again. I was getting a bit annoyed, but then customer support replied after some time and that made things slightly better. Delivery wasn’t really late or anything, so okay, I’ll give them that. Still, the tracking updates definitely need improvement. Overall, it was fine, not terrible, but not something I’d call a great experience either.

It showed up later than I expected, which was a bit annoying. That said, it wasn’t terrible overall, I guess. Once it finally arrived, everything seemed fine enough, so I can’t complain too much.

The products were okay and the site worked fine for me, no real issues there. I was browsing around and the checkout was easy too, but then the shipping charge showed up and it felt a little high for what I was ordering. I’d probably buy more often, or even add a few extra things, if the delivery cost was a bit lower

"Good deal and smooth experience"
I ordered from pothys mainly because they had a nice discount running, and it was worth it. The offer was easy to apply, and the final price came out better than what I had seen in the store, so that felt like a good deal. Delivery wasn’t super fast, but it was decent, and the product arrived in good condition. It looked just like the picture too. A friend had actually recommended checking their site during offers, so I’m glad I tried it. I’ll probably shop again when they have more discounts

"Great Designs, Slight Color Plot Twist"
